Nina Fishman Attridge is an expert on organizational development, training, and employee development and engagement in the workplace. She is a skilled facilitator, strategic advisor, and writer. She has led large scale team building, change management, executive coaching, and leadership development projects. Her work helped Fortune 100 companies as well as non-profits achieve their noble goals. Her process includes systematically helping leaders define their vision, goals, and plans, as well developing highly productive, collaborative teams. She has led projects to improve employee engagement, career development, quality improvement, and technical skills development.
Nina has worked with several hundred clients in a diversity of industries over the years. She has learned from real-world experience what works and what doesn’t and provides candid advice to her clients. Nina has worked with her husband, Alan T. Attridge, to bring the Myshroom Company into existence. She attends meetings and provides strategic advice. As a cancer survivor, she is keenly interested in providing innovative options to patients.
Nina possesses a Masters’ Degree in Education from Boston University, and an Advanced Certificate in Organizational System from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. She has earned certifications from several groups, including the Center for Creative Leadership, Otto Kroeger Associates (MBTI), and the Harrison Assessment
